Display fonts
Made for headlines, posters and logos. Big personality at big sizes.
480 fonts
Display fonts are designed for big sizes: headlines, posters, logos, packaging and social graphics. Their personality is the point, so they range from condensed and loud to ornate, retro, futuristic and wacky.
Because they are built for impact, most display faces come in a single weight and are not meant for paragraphs. Pair them with a calm sans or serif for the body text and let the display font carry the headline.

FAQs
Can I use a display font for body text?
Best not to. Display fonts are drawn for large sizes and short lines. Use them for headlines and pair them with a text face for anything longer than a sentence.
What display font works for a logo?
Look for strong, simple shapes that survive being shrunk to a favicon. Condensed sans like Bebas Neue and Anton, or geometric faces like Righteous, are reliable starting points. Try the logo mockup on any font page.
Are display fonts free to use commercially?
All free fonts on Typesay are open licence and allow commercial use. Check the font page for the exact licence and it is included in the download.
